At CribConnects AI we build AI solutions people actually use. We work with financial institutions, hotel chains, SMEs and education organizations on projects that make AI concrete and measurable. No one-off demos, but systems that reach production and keep running there.
We are looking for an AI Engineer who loves building, testing and improving. Someone who takes ownership of technical AI solutions from idea to implementation and enjoys thinking about how to make things smarter or more scalable.
What you'll do
- Build end-to-end AI software: APIs, workers, small apps and agents, evaluation pipelines
- Build integrations with SaaS and business applications, plus data connections (ETL/ELT, vector stores)
- Implement and configure AI tools at clients (Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Slack AI), including permissions and roles, prompt libraries and usage evaluation
- Set up production monitoring and measure and improve the quality of prompts and retrieval
Who you are
- MSc in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering or similar
- 0 to 3 years of experience as a software engineer or developer
- Skilled in Python or TypeScript and familiar with cloud environments
- Knowledge of and experience with AI concepts such as RAG, fine-tuning, orchestration and observability
- Communicative and analytical, focused on quality and scalability
- Professional working proficiency in Dutch and English
