At CribConnects AI we help organizations make AI concrete and measurable. We work with financial institutions, hotel chains, SMEs and education organizations. No thick reports that disappear into a drawer, but advice that leads to solutions people actually use.
We are looking for an AI Consultant who bridges business and technology. Someone who asks sharp questions, spots opportunities and takes clients step by step from idea to working solution.
What you'll do
- Map AI opportunities at clients and turn them into concrete solutions
- Run workshops, work out use cases and build roadmaps
- Work with our data scientists and engineers in multidisciplinary teams
- Guide implementations at clients, from first pilot to a solution that sticks
- Move between boardroom and shop floor so strategy actually lands
Who you are
- Experience in consultancy, change programmes or an AI-related field
- Strong at turning strategy into execution
- A strong communicator at every level, from board to shop floor
- Knowledge of the AI landscape and responsible AI use
- Analytical and structured, with an eye for what a client really needs
- Professional working proficiency in Dutch and English
