CribConnects AI is looking for an AI Adoption & Governance Consultant to join our growing team in Amsterdam.

We help organisations successfully adopt, implement and manage artificial intelligence. Our projects range from AI training and organisational transformation to strategic consulting, governance and technical AI implementations.

As an AI Adoption & Governance Consultant, you work directly with clients to identify AI opportunities, develop adoption strategies and establish frameworks for responsible AI use.

You combine knowledge of AI technology with business understanding, communication skills and an interest in organisational change.

What Will You Do?

• Drive AI adoption: Develop and support AI adoption programmes that help employees integrate AI tools into their daily workflows.
• Deliver AI training: Design and facilitate interactive workshops and training sessions on generative AI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and other AI applications.
• Advise on AI strategy: Analyse business processes, identify valuable AI use cases and help organisations develop practical implementation roadmaps.
• Develop AI governance: Support organisations in creating AI policies, governance frameworks and guidelines for responsible AI use.
• Assess AI risks: Identify challenges related to data privacy, security, reliability and compliance, including relevant requirements under the EU AI Act and GDPR.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with management, IT, HR and compliance teams to align AI initiatives with organisational objectives.
• Measure impact: Evaluate AI adoption, user feedback and business outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an analytical, proactive and communicative professional who is excited about artificial intelligence and its impact on organisations.

What you bring:

• A completed Master's degree (WO) in Artificial Intelligence, Business Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration, Organisational Sciences, Public Administration or a related field.
• A good understanding of generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or Gemini.
• An interest in AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy and technology-related risks.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to explain complex concepts clearly to different audiences.
• A proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to take responsibility.
• Good command of both Dutch and English.

Ideally, you have 1–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, AI adoption, digital transformation or organisational change. However, recent graduates with relevant internships, academic projects or practical AI experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Nice to have:

• Experience delivering workshops, presentations or training sessions.
• Familiarity with the EU AI Act, GDPR or AI governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of change management or digital transformation.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or other enterprise AI tools.
• Basic understanding of AI agents, automation and AI integrations.
