What does your ideal day look like?
My ideal workday starts with a moment with the team, getting clear together on what we are picking up that day and which goals we want to hit. Then I make my own plan: I bring in structure, line up the priorities and work through my tasks step by step, so at the end of the day we can look back at the results with a good feeling.
